Back in July I got a very nice new camera (a cannon 20D) since then I have added lenses to it and various other bits. However I don't seem to use it that much, far too many days go by without me picking it up.
So I am setting myself a challenge, from the 1st of January I will post a photo I have taken to a flickr set. The photo doesn't have to be from that day, but can't be more than a week old. I dont have to use my 20D, I can use my phone or anything else that happens to by lying...

Life has been busy but good, few minor things have happened. Like planning a wedding and starting a new job. Will talk more about that another time.

Oh my word its been too long since I have written anything here.
I have been thinking about video recently. Well more accurately about TV shows. A couple of years ago I happy proclaimed that if iTunes sold TV shows to the US, I would happy download. They have been for a couple of years now, and I have yet to buy one. Why is this?

Ok, some of you will know I have a network set up, that is a little complex. I have two wirless networks, ok so a little complex may be a understatment. What does all of this mean?? Well it means my network is made up of lots of various boxes, that are all very important, however they all take up space and most of them have a powerbrick, and all somehome link to each other. What does this in turn mean? Well it means that there are lots of cables that all get tangled.

As of last friday netscape is no longer supported.
Why is this a big new? After all almost no one still uses netscape.
Well netscape demise can be put fairly at the door of Microsoft. When they introduced IE they started bundling it with windows, and made it free. This means that users moved quickly across to IE, even if it wasn't the better browser.
Netscape for many people was their first taste of the net, and I remember using it in the early days, and it has a place in my heart...
